Ok so I actually used mSpy for like 8 months on my 13 year old sons phone and lemme tell you it does the job but it is NOT cheap lol. The dashboard is fine, you get call logs, texts, location tracking and all that. But the thing that annoyed me the most was how slow the updates were. Like sometimes location would be 30 minutes behind and that is just useless if you are trying to know where your kid actually is right now. Customer support took forever to reply too. I eventually switched and honestly mSpy is fine if you just want basic stuff but do not expect it to be perfect. The price point also felt a bit steep for what you actually get. I was paying like $30+ a month and some features I thought were included were locked behind a more expensive plan. So yeah, mixed bag from me.
