Is there a way to recover the deleted Discord messages? Or do I need to use any app for it? Looking for some good suggestions.
Hey! I am sorry, but once a Discord message is deleted, there’s no real way to truly recover it since it gets knocked down from their servers. 
That said, there are a few workarounds:

Android users: You can sometimes see deleted messages in your notification log using apps like Notisave.

Desktop: If you’re using BetterDiscord, plugins like MessageLoggerV2 can keep track of messages before they’re deleted.

Server bots: Moderation bots like Dyno or MEE6 can log messages if they were set up beforehand.
Otherwise, you have options such as screenshots, downloading your Discord data, or hoping a mod has logs.
Not perfect, but better than nothing!

It allows us to see what is actually deleted before the actual removal. Not only discord messages, but you can also view the deleted messages anywhere by using its monitoring feature.
Every record is in front of you. And if you are going to delete something, don’t worry… You can see what’s cooking… and capture everything when it gets really hot.
For desktop proactive setup is needed.
The plugins approach: Install BetterDiscord, then add plugins like MessageLoggerV2 (in the “Plugins” folder) to log messages as they come in. Go to the deleted tabs of the logs and see them.
Moderation Bots: For server owners, add bots ( like Dyno or MEE6) to the server. They can log deleted messages in their dashboards (Remember, only for messages sent after setup).

Rather than using some monitoring or a screen recording option, it can be valuable. Obviously, for now, your messages are gone forever - no way back. In the future, you need to be careful.
I read about Xnspy in comments, and here is what I got after using Xnspy for a couple of months.

Go for a screenshot option: Taking a screenshot during an important conversation can save you from frustration when delete something.

You have to understand that deleted messages aren’t just gone - they’re gone from Discord’s servers. That’s usually for your safety.
Obviously, there are some ways to do it before they disappear. Android notification log apps like Notisave, BetterDiscord plugins like MessageLoggerV2 on desktop, or moderation bots like Dyno or MEE6 - if they were set up well before the time of deletion.
If none of them is at your disposal, no magic to bring them back. All resort options are taking a screenshot or downloading data.
Some general options you can try:
• You can request data from Discord settings (It might be possible that cached info is there, but it usually does not contain the deleted messages.
• What about asking the moderator if it was in the server (but should have bot logs that can capture the message)
• Action Log: You can also check the action log of the server (if there is one) to use in such events (message deletion), but not the content.
