Yes, it is possible, but why do you want to monitor someone? You know Apple’s strict privacy regulations exist because of this? Good luck finding a solution because I am against this whole monitoring thing

Look, man, most of the services use iCloud data or need iCloud credentials to monitor an iPhone. In my opinion, it’s basically impossible to monitor an iPhone without a jailbreak. There might be a few apps that actually work, but I’d say be aware. Do your research and then opt for a solution that seems suitable for you.
